Brow Lamination and Lash Lift: The Low-Maintenance Look

It is seven in the morning, the coffee is not ready yet, and you are leaning into the mirror with a mascara wand, starting over because the first coat clumped. Then the brow pencil, filling the same thin spot near the tail that you fill every single day. Ten minutes gone before you have found your keys.
That daily routine is exactly what a lash lift and brow lamination are for. Below we walk through what each service does, what it costs, how long it holds, the aftercare that decides whether it lasts, and who should book the two together. The short version first: our Korean Lash Lift & Tint is $165 and lasts 6 to 10 weeks. Brow Lamination & Wax is $165, or $190 with a tint, and holds for about 6 weeks. No fills, and no extensions to keep up.
What does a lash lift actually do?
A lash lift works with the lashes you already have. Your artist lifts each lash from the root and sets it in a soft upward curve, so the lashes look longer and your eyes look more open.
Think of the curl an eyelash curler gives you, except it starts right at the base, where a curler cannot reach, and it lasts for weeks instead of until lunch.
Ours is a Korean-style lift with a gentler formula, and the tint is included. That tint matters more than most people expect. Light lashes tend to disappear at the tips, and darkening them from root to end brings those tips back.
It lasts 6 to 10 weeks, and there are no fills. Your lashes shed and regrow on their own cycle, so the lift simply grows out and you rebook when it does. If you have ever worn extensions, that is the big difference: nothing to fill, and nothing lifting off at the corner.
And what is brow lamination?
Think of it as a lift for your brows. Brow hairs that grow downward, curl sideways or leave a gap are relaxed, brushed up into a fuller, more even shape, and set there.
Both of our brow lamination services include a wax, so the shape is cleaned up in the same visit. Brow Lamination & Wax is 60 minutes and $165. Brow Lamination, Wax & Tint adds a tint for $190 and takes about 75 minutes. The tint is worth it if your brow hairs are light at the ends or you are used to filling them in with a pencil.
The result holds for about 6 weeks. It works best on brows that have hair to work with but do not behave. Lamination makes the most of what is there. It does not add hair, and your artist will tell you that plainly before you start.
Do I need lamination, or would a tint do?
This is the first thing we would ask you, because the answer is not always the bigger service.
If your brows already sit the way you like and you just want them darker and more defined, a Brow Tint & Wax at $75 may be all you need. If your lashes curl on their own and simply look faint, a Lash Tint is $50.
Lamination and a lift are about shape and direction, not only color. Brows that grow down toward the eye, a stubborn cowlick at the front, lashes that point straight out or slightly down: those are what the longer services change.
No hard sell here. We would rather spend a few minutes talking about what bothers you in the mirror than book you into something you do not need. A consultation is part of the service, not a formality.
What happens in the chair
Your visit starts the way every visit here does, with Aveda's comforting tea and a warm neck wrap while you settle in. Then you are lying back in the treatment room, with the lights low and the room quiet.
For the lash lift, your eyes stay closed the whole time. Your artist places a small, soft shield on each lid, combs your lashes up onto it a few at a time, then applies the lifting lotion, the setting lotion and the tint, each in turn. You feel very little. Most guests describe a light coolness along the lash line and the soft brush of the comb, and many find it so calm they nearly doze off.
For brows, the hairs are cleansed, relaxed and brushed into place, then set. Next comes the wax to clean up the shape, and the tint if you chose it.
Then you sit up and look in the mirror, and your brows are simply there. Already done, the way you used to try to make them every morning.
How long will it last, and what decides that?
Lash lift: 6 to 10 weeks. Brows: about 6 weeks. Where you land in that range depends partly on your own growth cycle and partly on the first day or two. What you do at home decides how long the result lasts, so here is the short list.
- Keep them dry for the first 24 hours. No splashing your face, no steam, no sauna or hot workout. The set is still settling.
- Skip mascara and brow products for a day or two. Go easy on oily makeup remover around the eyes after that, too.
- Hands off. No rubbing, no eyelash curler, and no tweezing into the new brow shape.
- Sleep on your back the first night if you can. Pressing a fresh lift into the pillow can bend it.
Who should book them together?
Anyone tired of daily makeup. With both done, most mornings need no mascara and no brow pencil at all.
Anyone with a trip, a wedding or holiday photos coming up. Book a few days ahead, not the morning of, so the first 24 dry hours are behind you before the pool, the rain or the happy tears.
Booked back to back, the lash lift with Brow Lamination & Wax comes to $330 and about two hours. With the brow tint added, it is $355 and about two and a quarter hours. One visit, one trip, and you are done for weeks.
We wait at least six weeks between treatments and check your history when you book, so your lashes and brows have time to grow before they are lifted or set again. That is What's Best For The Guest in practice.
What we tell our friends
Come with clean lashes and bare brows. No mascara, no brow gel, and if you can manage it, no tweezing for a couple of weeks beforehand, so your artist has every hair to work with.
Tell us when you book if your eyes are sensitive, if you have reacted to a tint before, or if you wear contact lenses. Contacts come out for the lash lift, so bring your case and your glasses.
And put your rebook date in your phone before you leave. The lift grows out so gradually that around week six it is easy to forget how good it looked at week one. A solid rebook is one of the best things we can send you out the door with.
Questions we hear at the desk
How long does a lash lift last?
Our Korean Lash Lift & Tint lasts 6 to 10 weeks, and there are no fills. Your lashes grow out on their natural cycle, and you rebook when the lift has grown out. Keeping your lashes dry for the first 24 hours and skipping mascara for a day or two gives it the best start.
Do I need brow lamination, or just a brow tint?
It depends on shape. If your brows already sit the way you like and you want them darker, a Brow Tint & Wax at $75 may be all you need. If they grow downward, curl sideways or leave gaps, lamination sets them in place. Ask us, and we will tell you honestly which one fits.
Can I get a lash lift and brow lamination on the same day?
Yes. They are done back to back in one visit, about two hours for the lash lift with Brow Lamination & Wax, or about two and a quarter hours with the brow tint added. Let the front desk know you want both, so the time is booked together with the same artist.
Does a lash lift hurt?
Most guests feel very little: a light coolness along the lash line and the brush of a comb, with your eyes closed the whole time. Our Korean-style formula is a gentler one. If your eyes are sensitive or you have reacted to a tint before, tell us when you book so your artist can plan for it.
If your mornings start with a mascara wand and a brow pencil, let us take both off your list for a few weeks. We are at 5054 N Palm Ave in Fig Garden Village, open seven days a week, with free parking and no meters. Tell us what bothers you about your brows or lashes, and we will tell you honestly which service fits.
